Laxman Jhula was built in 1939 in Rishikesh. Its an iron suspension bridge at a height of 70 feet and is 450 feet long. The bridge is made in the same place from where Laxmana once crossed the Ganges on a rope. 2. Neelkanth Mahadev Temple

Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is located above the Swarg Ashram at a height of 1675 meters and is one of the most important and famous shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at the exact spot where Lord Shiva drank the venom ‘halahala’ which was originated due to sea churning by the Devas and the Asuras. Main attractions here are the annual festivals during February, March, July & August and the adventure sports at Jumpin Heights.
5. Jumpin Heights

7. Rajaji National Park

8. Swarg Ashram

Swarg Ashram is located between Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula on the left bank of river Ganges. It is the oldest ashram in India and is one of the top places to visit in Rishikesh. Swarg Ashram is a perfect place for meditation where you can look into yourself while meditating on the river bank. The charges for yoga and meditation is INR 300 per course.
