2. Neelkanth Mahadev Temple
Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is located above the Swarg Ashram at a height of 1675 meters and is one of the most important and famous shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is at the exact spot where Lord Shiva drank the venom ‘halahala’ which was originated due to sea churning by the Devas and the Asuras.
